Thank you for choosing Renewed Harvest! We take pride in delivering our premium beef, lamb, and pork straight to your door. Below are the details of our shipping process.


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:
 All Australian states and territories (including regional areas, with some limitations*)
 International shipping unavailable at this time

*Some remote locations may incur additional fees or longer transit times.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are processed the same business day (weekdays only). Orders after this time or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders in the Perth Metro area

  • Regional/remote areas may have extended delivery times (we’ll notify you if delays occur).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


5. Damaged/Missing Items

  • Inspect your delivery immediately. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours at sales@renewedharvest.com.au with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll replace or refund affected items promptly.


6. Refrigerated Shipping

  • All meats are shipped in insulated, chilled packaging with ice gel packs to ensure freshness.

  • If you’re not home, we recommend using a work address or cooler bag pickup to avoid spoilage.


7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to cancel or modify your order? Contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

  • Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
