Meet Bryan Hickman
Born and raised in Wiltshire, England, Bryan Hickman grew up surrounded by rolling fields and livestock — so it’s no surprise he found his calling early. After completing his studies, he became Head Stockman for Lord Radnor at the prestigious Longford Estate, sharpening his skills in ethical animal husbandry.
Encouraged by his parents to see more of the world, Bryan set off on a working holiday to Australia — and he’s never looked back. Something about the landscapes, the people, and the sense of space kept pulling him back to Manjimup during his backpacking days. As Bryan often says, “Where I’m from is beautiful, but the Southern Forests are on another level.”
Today, Bryan calls Manjimup home by choice. On his scenic 110-acre property in West Manjimup, he proudly operates Yanmar Pasture Raised Pork — one of the few genuine pasture-raised pork operations in Western Australia. His focus is simple: raise livestock ethically, sustainably, and with respect for the land.
As Bryan’s visiting family once said, “Where do you go for a holiday that’s better than this?” — and he couldn’t agree more.

Outback grassfed Beef
Outback Beef — From the Heart of the Pilbara
Founded by Annabelle Coppin, owner of Yarrie Station, Outback Beef is built on a passion for producing premium grassfed beef that’s as natural as the land it comes from. Raised on the vast Pilbara rangelands, where native grasses, shrubs, and legumes thrive in rich red soil, the cattle develop a distinctive mineral-rich flavour that reflects the outback itself.
Driven by values of respect and accountability, Annabelle’s mission is to create a brand that lasts for generations — delivering Meat Standards Australia–graded beef raised with care for the animals, the land, and the people who make it possible. Outback Beef is real, genuine, and proudly Western Australian — from their country, to your table.
